Finally you should also consider the style and where you want to keep the file organizer.  Some solid plastic models are designed to sit on desks or in easily accessible places, while others are made to be kept in storage closets or other out of the way areas.  Try to plan out where you’re going put everything before buying, and you’ll be likely to be more satisfied with your purchase.
